My daughter enjoyed the rock climbing very much.

Overall the hotel was a good fit for us in our weekend in Khao Yai. The best features were the quiet, comfortable room and the staff was overall very good and seemed to be well trained.

It would have been nice to have more sitting areas (not around the pool) to enjoy the outdoors.

Quiet atmosphere.

Quite far from centre.

I like it as it is a pet friendly hotel and the location is very convenient.

The smell of the room. As it is pet friendly room,I could smell the dog pee in the curtain.

room design was smart / use of curtains for bathroom was good. bikes, wall climbing, pool - good.

2 outdoor fire escapes were locked with a padlock on the ground floor

- Peaceful atmosphere even tho we went during busy public holidays. - Staff are friendly and especially F&B Senior Supervisor K.Natthapone. I booked a small surprise dinner for my husband at Cocoon Restaurant and coordinated with him before I arrived. He took good care of us. - Very short driving distance to Khao Yai National Park entrance

- breakfast can be improved - the towels in the rooms are a bit worn down

The room was spacious and had a balcony and nice view. The hotel restaurant is mediocre, it is beautiful, but the food is average.

The coffee at breakfast was weak although there was a good coffee machine. It is a good looking hotel and about right for the price we paid, but I would say it is grossly overpriced at the rack rate. Good looking but the amenities and food don’t quite match up to the look.

Good room layout and spaciousness. Good facilites (poorly equipped gym though). Nice location to chill (as many hotels in the whole area). Good for families with kids.

Very bad service at restaurant. Made us wait more than 40 min for few dishes... and we were the only customers! Nobody cared about bring our food out of the kitchen till I stood up and pick up myself. Got orders wrongly every time we asked for anything during our two days. They offer coffee from espresso machine as special “coffee shop environment”, when ordered capuccino they bring me from automatic machine at breakfast counter and want to charge 150baht for it. When asked them to change they say “is the same coffee” and took me 20 min and ask for it 3 times to get it!! Is ridiculous. Room acoustic insulation is very very poor and bad, be ready to listen everything from neighbors. I can clearly listen to water flow into toilet tank from above! Customer target is thai teenager with poor manners. Staff does not stay during night time at reception although is 24hr. They made me out of my room to complain about my above room making noise at 1am as nobody picked up phone in reception. For this money look up for: botanica hotel, kirimaya or many many others much better. Do NOT pay when check in (i made that stupid mistake following their request) and you can deny pay upon check out if you find anything wrong as I did. Will definitely NOT COME BACK, although i live in thailand and go to Khao Yai often.

Property was out of the place but the tranquility and the backdrop of Khao Yai National Park made up for it. There’s also buggy to bring guests to the rooms which was helpful travelling with kids and elderly parents. Room was huge and the space was luxurious.

Drawbacks: The staff lack of the English command made it difficult to communicate. This also resulted in our food order being mixed up despite us pointing to the item in the menu. Also, 1 of the food item was totally missed out. The towels provided came with stains but were replaced readily when we asked for a fresh change of towels.

There was a good selection for breakfast, the room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and the kids love the gym/game room.

One the first day of our stay... the pool was a little chalky and looks dirty but it was ok the next day.

Beautiful setting, children's petting zoo, rock climbing and pool. Kids loved the big bath in the room.

Long wait for service by pool - especially at happy hour. A 30 minute plus wait for 4 drinks is ridiculous. Menu would also benefit from having a kids option/set menu.

Location and room are good and clean

I pay money when check in but tomorrow I check out staff request money from me again I think system to bad because I pay already when I check in so I’m request her check camera if you not believe me , I ‘m upset for service system

Rooms were beautiful and the beds were really comfy. The facilities were very family friendly but also great for adults to relax in also.

Check in was a little slow but that’s just because we were keen to get into the room and get into the pool.

The garden is beautiful.

crowded for breakfast. Taste is so so. No welcome drink if did not ask for. One door using together for both bathroom and toilet.

Comfortable room, very comfy bed, good views and good taste.

Even we are going around 2:30pm to check in, our room not ready and staff tell us to wait around 30 minutes for cleaning room, we are bad luck or what cleaning management is terrible? On the same day we stay, the hotel was reserved for company seminar, they held outdoor concert on the silent wild!!! very noisy from seminar on the night disturb into the room. We are on vacation and expected privacy for this place but unfortunately we are not.

Fresh air. Quiet. Secluded yet safe. Clean. Modern. Well facilitated. Able to play with the strayed cats and dogs. Nice breakfast.

Is fairly near to everywhere at Khao Yai but still have to drive deep inside. Staff is unable to speak English well and caused some miscommunication but I have to say that they are polite and helpful. Food is pricey.

New room with comfortable and clean beddings. Sufficient amenities. Basic breakfast line. The restaurant serves reasonably priced food and drinks.

The restaurant can get crowded with limited seating during busy hours. Petting zoo / farm is small - good enough to keep younger kids entertained. Many activities such as canoeing and rock climbing are not complementary.
